Because leather is a natural material, even the finest hides have many natural markings and properties. Scratches or stretch marks have been seen and evaluated. We have cut out and around those places that we think will detract, rather than enhance your items' own uniqueness. We hope you'll agree with our choices!

Your pleasure in receiving and using your GREAT LEATHER product, is very important to us! Our goal is to apply the same sincere attention to detail in serving you, that we apply in the creation of each and every item. If you have any questions about your purchase, please contact us.

RETURN POLICY

All “stock” items are eligible for return if they are returned in new condition. Used items cannot be returned. Please return your item within 14 days of product receipt. Credit for the purchase will be returned to the credit card used for purchase.

Please understand we are not able to accept returns for items that have been personalized.

Under normal circumstances, only the product purchase price will be credited to your credit card, not the shipping costs. If for some reason, a product is defective in materials or in workmanship, we will, of course, pay for you to return that product to us.

Items lost or damaged in shipping will be the responsibility of the shipper. FYI- If the shipping package is damaged you will need to save all the packaging for shipper.
